Privacy notice
Owner-supplied terms, pending legal review before live payments. A complete registered address and GSTIN have not yet been provided. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded by these terms.
What we collect
- Your diagnostic answers about your business setup.
- Your name, business name and email; phone only if you choose to give it.
- Optional public URLs you submit and the limited results of public link checks (only with your separate consent).
- Payment and appointment status from our payment and booking providers. We never receive or store card details.
We never ask for passwords, ad-account tokens, card details, student/client lists or medical information.
Why
To produce your private diagnostic report, assess fit, and — if you choose — deliver a paid assessment. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opted in.
Who can see it
Only you (through your private link) and authorized team members. Your answers are never sent to advertising pixels.
Retention
Customer diagnostic answers, contact details and appointment records are retained for a maximum of two years from collection, or deleted earlier following an approved deletion request. Any records legally required for tax or accounting must be handled separately under the applicable legal retention requirements.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion from your report page or via the contact page. We review this notice for India's Digital Personal Data Protection rules with counsel.
