Cancellation & refund policy

Owner-supplied policy, subject to legal review and mandatory legal rights.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once, free of charge, up to 12 hours before your appointment.

If we cancel

If we cancel, we will contact you to arrange an alternative appointment. This policy does not exclude refunds or remedies required by law.

No-shows and late cancellations

Customer cancellations and no-shows do not qualify for a refund, except where required by law.

Refunds

Assessment and programme payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you decide to take our services, the ₹999 assessment fee is adjusted once against the Guided Sprint within 30 calendar days — see "The credit" below — so you don't pay for it twice.

Disputes

Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue quickly. Payment disputes are handled under the payment provider's process.

The credit

The assessment fee is credited once against the Guided Sprint if the same applicant enrols and pays within 30 calendar days of the assessment payment. It is not redeemable for cash and does not apply to the Done-for-You project.
